The feeder in the central heating boiler and all moving parts of this feeder are in contact with the fuel, which is sometimes wet or of the wrong fraction, with high temperature, they work in various environmental conditions. All this affects their operation, damage and wear during operation. Over time, some parts wear out and need to be replaced.
The SPIRO pipes available in our store are used to connect the fuel tank with the feeder. Thanks to its flexibility, the SPIRO pipe can be adapted to various settings of both the boiler and the feeder. This type of pipe plays a very important role in terms of safety: in the event of backflow of fuel from the feeder into the tank, this pipe melts so that the fire cannot reach the tank and cause a fire.
The component that is used during the operation of the boiler is also the igniter for the pellet burner. The task of the heater is to reach a high own temperature in a very short time and to lead to a controlled ignition of the solid fuel in the furnace. Burner igniters are devices that affect the correct operation of the entire device. They make the entire boiler system less maintenance and more precise than in the case of boilers with coal feeders.
