Drivers are otherwise control devices. Their task is to control the components connected to the furnace and control their operation.
The controller works based on sensors that are responsible for reading a given parameter, e.g. temperature. The programmed controller is responsible for regulating and maintaining the set temperature on the stove, it can increase or decrease the fan speed in the blower, thanks to which the amount of air supplied increases or decreases, which directly affects the entire combustion process - its rate and temperature. It performs the operation of the feeder, pumps connected to central heating systems, e.g. heating circuit, domestic hot water, circulation. It can also change the position of the mixing valve through the drive (actuator), if the system has it. In the case of a regulator for a boiler in which pellets are burned, the function of firing up the boiler by an igniter is also used, which is installed at the burner dedicated to this type of fuel.
These devices play an important role in controlling and managing the combustion process, generating heat, and transferring and distributing it. In addition, they are responsible for the selection and control of the appropriate parameters of economic and ecological combustion. The controller facilitates boiler control and facilitates work with the heating system installed in the house.
Controllers for central heating furnaces enable both management of the heat generation process and its distribution in the heating system. Their main function is to select individual parameters in such a way as to enable economical combustion and at the same time provide users with thermal comfort at a certain level. Without controllers for furnaces, it is difficult to even imagine controlling the heating of a house or building.
Depending on the model, controllers for furnaces can manage the boiler in a basic scope (e.g. simple controllers for solid fuel boilers managing only the pump and fan), as well as multifunctional controllers for central heating boilers that allow you to control the temperature at home even via the Internet .
All furnace controllers have central heating pump control functions. and a fan. By increasing or decreasing the fan speed, a larger or smaller amount of air is supplied to the boiler, which affects the rate of combustion (and thus - the temperature). The temperature is controlled by means of a programmer that collects data from the sensor (boiler temperature controllers cooperate with thermostats placed, for example, in the room). The boiler cooperating with the furnace controller works more economically and economically, which translates into lower fuel consumption.
In turn, control panels are devices that allow remote work with the controller connected to the central heating furnace. Thanks to such a panel, you can successfully control the temperature in the house (room thermostat) or the temperature of the boiler and its parameters. Modern control panels are aesthetic and do not affect the appearance of the rooms, while guaranteeing control over the heating process and the ability to quickly react to any irregularities.
