Chimney draft regulators (combustion regulators) are used to control the operation of a solid fuel boiler as an alternative to electronic controllers. The thermostatic head of the regulator, depending on the temperature of the water in the boiler, opens or closes the movable flap regulating the air supply to the combustion chamber by means of a lever and a chain. Smooth range of temperature control and high quality of workmanship ensure comfortable operation of the boiler and large savings of solid fuel. The regulator works with the use of bimetal, which works under the influence of temperature changes.
The adjustment field is from 30 OC to 100 OC, the shift of the chain is about:
12 mm /10 OC at 190 mm arm extension, for 1 kg useful power
7 mm /10 OC at 115 mm arm extension, for 1.6 kg useful power
