Fire-resistant high-temperature silicone FIRE LINE is a high-quality sealant for places exposed to direct contact with fire, e.g. fireplaces, stoves, hearths, grills, boilers, etc. It enables heat-resistant fixing and sealing of elements made of stone, concrete and cast iron, e.g. fireplace inserts, grates and sealing connections of fire-resistant bricks and blocks, e.g. tiled stoves. Resistant sealant based on water glass, intended for repairs and sealing in places exposed to very high temperatures.
After hardening, the sealant is resistant to temperatures up to +1500 OC. Direct contact with fire is allowed. The sealant does not shrink, does not crack in static joints. It adheres well to porous surfaces, i.e. chamotte, concrete, stone, and fire-resistant building ceramics. Asbestos-free. It is non-toxic. Fire resistant.

Method of application
The product should be conditioned at room temperature before application. Before use, cut the tip of the cartridge, leaving part of the thread for screwing in the outlet nozzle. Cut the outlet nozzle at an acute angle of 45 degrees to the width of the joint. Squeeze out the sealant using a mechanical or pneumatic extruder. Treat within workability time approximately 30 minutes after application. Smooth the joints with a cube for spreading the sealant, a spatula or a finger dipped in water to reduce adhesion. Remove the masking tape before a skin forms. Leave the joint to dry completely. Clean with water or soapy water before curing. After hardening, the sealant should be removed from the hands with soap and water and mechanically from the tools. Do not wash hands with solvent.
