If you are applying for funding to replace an old or not fully efficient heating device, then let us present you a green alternative. The pellet boiler with a power of 12 kW will effectively heat a room with an area of up to 150 m2 with simultaneous service of domestic hot water. You can forget about coal or gas models, which are characterized by high emissivity of tar substances. The presented device burns environmentally safe biofuel, i.e. biomass granules called pellets with a diameter of 6 to 8 mm.
The 12 kW boiler is characterized by high efficiency and efficiency of up to 90.3%. During the approvals and tests, the device obtained the energy class A+, in accordance with the EN 303-5 standard. Thus, the pellet-fired device meets the assumptions of the EcoDesign ecodesign - all thanks to the low emissivity of PM dust with a level lower than 20 mg / m3, which at the same time qualifies the equipment as part of the desire to obtain subsidies from government projects for the replacement of the heating device in your home.
The boiler equipment should also be mentioned. The equipment, which is the PellPal heating boiler with a power of 12 kW, is characterized by modern QPELL burners that burn biofuel efficiently and with low emissions. The PellPal PID controller, included in the standard equipment of the burner, is responsible for the operation of the blower fan, the entire process of firing up, combustion and supplying the right amount of fuel to the burner. If necessary, the microprocessor regulator can be replaced with a controller with a color and touch LCD display, which is recommended for people who appreciate modern accessories.
The biggest advantage of the 12 kW pellet-fired device is that the boiler works seamlessly in an open system, which is equipped with an expansion vessel. The equipment will also work in closed systems, to which additional equipment is installed in the form of an external cooling coil, DBV2 safety valve, SYR 5067 thermal protection and an expansion vessel. Remember that the selection of appropriate elements for 12 kW boilers will depend on the preferred method of securing the system.
Construction of the PELLPAL boiler for pellets with a capacity of 12 kW
The Pellpal heating device with a power of 12 kW consists of a body made of certified 5 mm thick boiler sheet and a water jacket made of the same certified steel of the same thickness. The boiler has been designed with horizontal channels in the upper part of the device and the location of the QPELL pellet burner in the lower part of the device in the furnace door.
Next to the boiler, i.e. on its left or right side, there is a fuel tank, which is wood pellets. The biofuel with which the 12 kW PellPal boiler is powered is placed in a basket made of 0.8 mm thick sheets, powder coated and riveted together. The pellet tank is equipped with 4 legs that allow stable and correct positioning of the fuel basket. The standard capacity of the fuel tank in the 12 kW PellPal boiler is 90 kg, volume 140 liters, which ensures maintenance-free operation of the device for several days.
Fuel is supplied to the QPELL pellet burner placed in the lower door of the boiler body by means of a screw conveyor, which collects the appropriate amount of pellets from the tank and, using a spiro (pur) pipe, pours the set dose of fuel into the burner. At the same time, the chute pipe is a protection against the backfire of the fire into the fuel tank. Its special design in the form of a spirally twisted plastic braided wire protects the tank against backfire from the burner.
The boiler operation is controlled by the PELLPAL PID microprocessor boiler controller. It has initial settings of the device adapted to the given heating power of a specific boiler, selected in such a way that the process of firing up and then burning and heating water in the system
central heating was efficient and economical. The controller has the function of automatic ignition of pellets in the burner using the igniter located in the combustion chamber.

The warranty for the boiler is 60 months and counts from the date of issue and purchase of the boiler. The warranty for the boiler is provided provided that all the requirements specified in the instruction manual are met (see attachments).
Attention! Failure to read and comply with the requirements specified in the operating manual by the user, attempt to repair it on their own, interfere with the construction of the boiler and accessories, and for other reasons not attributable to the manufacturer, results in the loss of the warranty.
The warranty also covers the accessories mounted to the boiler (fan, controller), but for the period and under the conditions specified in the warranty card of the manufacturer of these accessories.
The warranty does not cover:
mechanical damage caused during transport, assembly and operation of the boiler
elements subject to wear and tear during operation of the boiler (seal cord, seals, turbulators, hinges, screws, nuts, worm cotter pin fuse, handles and catches, ceramic elements, flame deflector, paint coatings). The warranty also does not cover the act of replacing them
