If you want to replace your heating device with a newer model, you couldn't find a better place. The 24 kW pellet boiler combines efficiency and energy efficiency, which perfectly meets the EcoDesign requirements. The efficiency of the device, reaching 90.1%, is confirmed by the tests carried out, in which it was awarded the 5th degree according to the EN 303-5 standard and the A+ energy class. The fuel of the device is biomass granulate with a diameter of 6 to 8 mm, thanks to which the 24 kW pellet boiler is able to insulate the tap water and all rooms in a public utility building or a private apartment with an area of up to 300 m2. The low level of emissivity of tar, carbon monoxide and dust below 20 mg/m3 offers the possibility of obtaining additional funding for the replacement of the current heating device with a more modern model.
Efficient work in a new style
The basic equipment of the 24 kW pellet boiler includes a modern and efficient QPELL burner and a blower fan that supplies air to the combustion chamber. The operation of the system is controlled by the PellPall PID microprocessor controller with a color LCD display, which is responsible for fan operation, firing up, combustion, as well as supplying the optimal dose of fuel to the burner.
The 24 kW pellet boiler can operate both in an open and closed system. In the former, it is enough to equip the machine with an overflow expansion vessel. In turn, in the second system, it will be necessary to purchase additional elements that will protect the equipment against the accumulation of excessive pressure, dangerous for the installation:
external cooling coil,
safety valve DBV 2,
thermal protection valve SYR 5067,
diaphragm vessel.
The purchase of the above items will depend on your preferred method of securing and operating the device.
Construction of the PELLPAL boiler for pellets with a capacity of 24 kW
The Pellpal heating device with a power of 24 kW consists of a body made of certified 5 mm thick boiler sheet and a water jacket made of the same certified steel of the same thickness. The boiler has been designed with horizontal channels in the upper part of the device and the location of the QPELL pellet burner in the lower part of the device in the furnace door.
Next to the boiler, i.e. on its left or right side, there is a fuel tank, which is wood pellets. The biofuel that powers the PellPal 24 kW boiler is placed in a basket made of 0.8 mm thick sheets, powder coated and riveted together. The pellet tank is equipped with 4 legs that allow stable and correct positioning of the fuel basket. The standard capacity of the fuel tank in the PellPal 24 kW boiler is 160 kg, volume 260 liters, which ensures maintenance-free operation of the device for several days.
Fuel is supplied to the QPELL pellet burner placed in the lower door of the boiler body by means of a screw conveyor, which collects the appropriate amount of pellets from the tank and, using a spiro (pur) pipe, pours the set dose of fuel into the burner. At the same time, the discharge pipe is a protection against the backfire of the fire into the fuel tank. Its special design in the form of a spirally twisted plastic braided wire protects the tank against backfire from the burner.
The boiler operation is controlled by a PELLPAL PID microprocessor boiler controller with a color LCD display. It has initial settings of the device adapted to the given heating power of a specific boiler, selected in such a way that the process of firing up and then burning and heating water in the central heating system is efficient and economical. The controller has the function of automatic ignition of pellets in the burner using the igniter located in the combustion chamber.

The warranty for the boiler is 60 months and counts from the date of issue and purchase of the boiler. The warranty for the boiler is provided provided that all the requirements specified in the instruction manual are met (see attachments).
Attention! Failure to read and comply with the requirements specified in the operating manual by the user, attempt to repair it on their own, interfere with the construction of the boiler and accessories, and for other reasons not attributable to the manufacturer, results in the loss of the warranty.
The warranty also covers the accessories mounted to the boiler (fan, controller), but for the period and under the conditions specified in the warranty card of the manufacturer of these accessories.
The warranty does not cover:
mechanical damage caused during transport, assembly and operation of the boiler
consumable parts during boiler operation (seal cord, seals, turbulators, hinges, screws, nuts, worm safety pin, handles and catches, ceramic elements, flame deflector, paint coatings). The warranty also does not cover the act of replacing them
events described in "Causes of disturbances and malfunctions in boiler operation"
no confirmation of the boiler installation and protection according to PN-91/B-02413 or PN-EN 12828:2003
the actions to be performed by the user specified in the user manual
corrosion, pitting and loss of boiler material caused by improper operation of the boiler (maintaining the minimum return temperature in the boiler - temperature protection)
damages and their effects caused by the failure to use flues that are inconsistent with the requirements taking into account the likelihood of flue gas condensation and resistant to harmful chemical compounds, including acids.
damage as a result of exceeding the maximum values of temperature and pressure in the boiler
