We are pleased to present one of the latest heating devices that is suitable for heating home rooms. The pellet boiler with a power of 8 kW will cope with larger areas of up to 100 m2, while taking care of hot utility water. For combustion, the machine uses biofuel - granules with a size of 6 to 8 mm, which is a beneficial, ecological solution. It is an excellent alternative to coal and gas-powered models, because the low tar emission combined with efficient combustion will significantly affect the final energy costs.
With the 8 kW pellet boiler, every household can count on high efficiency of the device, which reaches over 90%. The equipment has the necessary certificates, because during the attestation it obtained the A+ energy class - all thanks to the low emissivity of PM dust (well below 20 mg/m3), which qualifies when users apply for higher funding for the replacement of an old heating device or the purchase of a completely new one.
It is also worth mentioning the equipment of the pellet boiler. The device owes its efficient operation with a power of up to 8 kW thanks to modern burners in which biofuel undergoes the combustion process. The PellPal PID microprocessor controller is responsible for controlling the level of fuel, its automatic ignition and the operation of the blower fan. If necessary, models equipped with a color LCD touch screen are also available, which are dedicated to people who appreciate modern accessories.
The 8 kW pellet boiler can operate in both a closed pressure system and an open system. It should be mentioned that the device can be equipped with accessories in the form of a cooling external coil, an expansion vessel, a valve responsible for thermal safety SYR 5067 and DBV2. Selection of elements for the 8 kW boiler will depend on the preferred method of securing the heating system.
Construction of the PELLPAL boiler for pellets with a capacity of 8 kW
The Pellpal heating device with a power of 8 kW consists of a body made of certified 5 mm thick boiler sheet and a water jacket made of the same certified steel of the same thickness. The boiler has been designed with horizontal channels in the upper part of the device and the location of the QPELL pellet burner in the lower part of the device in the furnace door.
Next to the boiler, i.e. on its left or right side, there is a fuel tank, which is wood pellets. The biofuel that powers the PellPal 8 kW boiler is placed in a basket made of 0.8 mm thick sheets, powder coated and riveted together. The pellet tank is equipped with 4 legs that allow stable and correct positioning of the fuel basket. The standard capacity of the fuel tank in the PellPal 8 kW boiler is 90 kg, volume 140 liters, which ensures maintenance-free operation of the device for several days.
Fuel is supplied to the QPELL pellet burner placed in the lower door of the boiler body by means of a screw conveyor, which collects the appropriate amount of pellets from the tank and, using a spiro (pur) pipe, pours the set dose of fuel into the burner. At the same time, the discharge pipe is a protection against the backfire of the fire into the fuel tank. Its special design in the form of a spirally twisted plastic braided wire protects the tank against backfire from the burner.
The boiler operation is controlled by the PELLPAL PID microprocessor boiler controller. It has initial settings of the device adapted to the given heating power of a specific boiler, selected in such a way that the process of firing up and then burning and heating water in the central heating system is efficient and economical. The controller has the function of automatic ignition of pellets in the burner using the igniter located in the combustion chamber.

The warranty for the boiler is 60 months and counts from the date of issue and purchase of the boiler. The warranty for the boiler is provided provided that all the requirements specified in the instruction manual are met (see attachments).
Attention! Failure to read and comply with the requirements specified in the operating manual by the user, attempt to repair it on their own, interfere with the construction of the boiler and accessories, and for other reasons not attributable to the manufacturer, results in the loss of the warranty.
The warranty also covers the accessories mounted to the boiler (fan, controller), but for the period and under the conditions specified in the warranty card of the manufacturer of these accessories.
The warranty does not cover:
mechanical damage caused during transport, assembly and operation of the boiler
consumable parts during boiler operation (seal cord, seals, turbulators, hinges, screws, nuts, worm safety pin, handles and catches, ceramic elements, flame deflector, paint coatings). The warranty also does not cover the act of replacing them
events described in "Causes of disturbances and malfunctions in boiler operation"
